Refworks have scheduled essential system maintenance in the UK for Sunday 25 August 2013, from 3.00am until 9.00am.
Users will not be able to access Refworks during this period.
After the system maintenance has been performed, users may notice brief periods of slow response time while the Refworks operations team in the USA carries out routine testing to verify system capacity and performance.
We
apologise in advance for any inconvenience; however, we are told this system maintenance is
necessary to make significant improvements to storage performance. Please note that this will not compromise any work in
your personal RefWorks accounts.
