Oxford Medical Handbooks Online: new titles and editions

We are pleased to announce that we have new editions - and a number of new titles - from the popular series of Oxford Medical Handbook online.

Wi-Fi improvements at the Campus Library

Over the summer IT Services will be making major improvements to wireless networking across campus. Work on the Library is due to start next Monday (10th June 2013) and should take about 2 weeks to complete.During this period there may be some minor disruption from drilling or ladders, but we'll try to minimise this as much as possible. If you have any problems accessing books or journals please let the Info-Point staff know and we'll fetch them for you.

Library Vacation opening

Summer Vacation officially starts this week-end so the Library cease the provision of 24 Hour opening on Friday 7 June at 18.30 hrs and will re-commence on Monday 30 September 2013.

Summer Opening - 8 June to 29 September - will be as follows
Monday to Thursday 08.50 to 22.00 hrs
Friday 08.50 to 18.30 hrs
Saturday and Sunday - 11.00 to 1700 hrs

Compared to previous years, this represents extended opening into the evenings on Monday to Thursday - we hope it will meet the needs of our customers.
